Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $5. Orders of $50 or more ship FREE! Our CocoaBee lip balm comes at a reduced shipping rate. We ship anywhere in the USA and do our best to ship within two business days. We are not responsible for orders where shipping carrier tracking indicates that the item has been delivered but you have not received it. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the matter.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted once they have been used. We want you to be satisfied with your order, so if you are not happy, please contact us.

We will gladly replace any defective items. If your order is incorrect, contains a defective item, or there are other concerns, please email us at hello@cobalthoney.com within 10 days of delivery.
